停滞11年之久的央企员工持股将再次启动。国资委全面深化改革领导小组召开第十八次全体会议,审议了《关于实行员工持股试点的意见》,该《意见》从员工持股的范围、比例、操作细则等方面给予了进一步明确,此次实现员工持股的试点企业将主要在商业一类企业中选取,“存量不碰”是这次员工持股方案的一条红线,员工持股的总比例不能超过25%、个人持股比例不能超过5%,这标志着停滞11年之久
