10MC总线技术研究是我所承担的“七五”国防重点课题之一。1990年8月完成了预研任务,并于1990年11月13日通过鉴定。鉴定委员会主任由南京大学计算机专家张德富同志担任,鉴定委员会副主任由武汉数学工程研究所舰用作战指挥系统专家张子鹤和华东工学院计算机网络专家吴意生担任,参加鉴定会的三十多位代表来自海军、中船总、机电部电科院、中船总七院、军内外高等院校、研究所等十九个单位。鉴定委员会测试小组对十一项指标进行了全面测试并写出了鉴定测试报告。鉴定委员会听取10MC课题研究报告之后进行了充分讨论并就鉴定结论取得一致意见。
10MC bus technology research is one of the key issues of national defense that I bear “75”. Completed the pre-research mission in August 1990 and passed the appraisal on November 13, 1990. Zhang Defu, a computer expert from Nanjing University, was appointed as the deputy director of the appraisal committee. Zhang Zizhe, an expert on ship combat operations in Wuhan Institute of Mathematical Engineering, and Wu Yisheng, a computer network specialist at East China Institute of Technology, served as the deputy director of the appraisal committee. More than 30 delegates to the appraisal meeting came from the Navy , CSSC, Electrical and Mechanical Services Branch Electric Power Research Institute, China Shipbuilding General Hospital, the military and foreign institutions of higher learning, Institute of nineteen units. Accreditation Committee of the test group conducted a comprehensive test of eleven indicators and write the identification test report. The appraisal committee thoroughly discussed the 10MC research report and agreed on the appraisal conclusion.
