我国氯碱化工行业持续快速发展,使中国已跻身世界氯碱生产大国之列,两大主营产品烧碱、聚氯乙烯产能和产量也早已居世界第一位。但是随着近几年的高速发展,行业内存在的一些问题也逐渐显露出来。特别是经历了国际金融危机,国内氯碱行业的一系列结构性矛盾暴露得最为明显。因此在即将到来的“十二五”期间,我国氯碱行业能否成功解决这些结构性矛盾,是全行业能否实现中国成为世界氯碱强国目标的关键因素之一。
China’s chlor-alkali chemical industry continued rapid development so that China has ranked among the world’s largest producer of chlor-alkali, two main products caustic soda, polyvinyl chloride production capacity and output has long been ranked first in the world. However, with the rapid development in recent years, some problems in the industry have gradually emerged. In particular, after experiencing the international financial crisis, a series of structural contradictions in the domestic chlor-alkali industry were most obviously exposed. Therefore, whether China’s chlor-alkali industry can successfully solve these structural contradictions during the upcoming “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period will be one of the key factors that will enable the entire industry to achieve China’s goal of becoming a world chlor-alkali nation.
