在工程项目建设过程中,人员劳动强度大、作业环境恶劣等特点使工人健康风险增大,因此加强职业健康管理尤为重要。基于此,以工程项目施工全过程为出发点,从施工准备阶段、施工过程阶段和竣工验收阶段三个层面建立职业健康管理评价指标体系,引入Shapley值赋权法和灰色聚类法建立一套工程项目职业健康管理评价模型,旨在更好地评价项目职业健康管理水平,从而推动项目职业健康管理的发展。
In the construction process of the project, the labor intensity of the staff is heavy and the working environment is harsh and so the health risks of the workers are increased. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen occupational health management. Based on this, starting from the whole process of project construction, the evaluation system of occupational health management is established from three aspects of construction preparation phase, construction process phase and completion acceptance phase. Shapley value weighted method and gray clustering method are introduced to establish a set of engineering Project occupational health management evaluation model, designed to better evaluate the project occupational health management level, so as to promote the development of project occupational health management.
