采用水培方法研究外源Ca2+对海水胁迫油菜幼苗生长和其叶中抗氧化酶活性的缓解效应的结果表明,30%的海水显著抑制油菜幼苗生长;适宜浓度的外源Ca2+可以有效缓解海水对油菜的胁迫作用,即油菜种子的发芽率、苗高和鲜重以及叶中叶绿素含量均增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性维持较高水平;较高浓度的Ca2+则抑制油菜幼苗的生长;缓解海水胁迫油菜的适宜Ca2+浓度为10 ̄20mmol·L-1。
