在寻找天然抗艾滋病药物时发现,雷公藤毒甙(LGTDD)具有显著的抗艾滋病毒(HIV)作用。因而对其有关成份进行分离。用中国福建产的雷公藤 Tripterygium wil-fordii 树根(去皮),用硅醇提取,浓缩,得LGTDD。LGTDD 的氯仿溶液,用硅胶快速柱层析,己烷—氯仿(1∶2)洗脱得14个部分(每份约20ml),第4部分再用硅胶柱层析,己烷-乙醚(1∶1)洗脱,丙酮重结晶,得无色棱晶,mp>320℃。经高分辨质谱得出分子式为 C_(30)H_(48)O_4,红外、核磁共振谱证明分子中含有羟基、羧基、5个叔甲基、1个仲甲基,
When searching for natural anti-AIDS drugs, it was found that Tripterygium wilfordii (LGTDD) has a significant anti-HIV effect. Therefore, the relevant components are separated. Triptoygium wil-fordii root (de-skin) of Tripterygium wilfordii from Fujian Province of China was extracted with silanol and concentrated to obtain LGTDD. The chloroform solution of LGTDD was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel with hexane-chloroform (1:2) to give 14 fractions (about 20 ml each). The fraction 4 was further purified by silica gel column chromatography with hexane-diethyl ether (1). Elution with 1:1) and recrystallization from acetone gave colorless prisms, mp >320°C. High-resolution mass spectrometry showed that the formula C_(30)H_(48)O_4, infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance spectra proved that the molecule contains hydroxyl, carboxyl, five tert-methyl, a secondary methyl,
