男性不育症,多数是特发性造精机能障碍所致。临床试用激素疗法,或给予氨基酸制剂、维生素制剂和血管舒缓素制剂等,疗效不甚满意者不少。本文作者从治疗男性不育症临床有效的汉方制剂中选出TJ-41(补中益气汤),对睾丸组织进行质量解析,研讨TI-41对长期投予抗恶性肿瘤剂阿霉素(ADR)引起的睾丸造精机能障碍的疗效。实验用7周龄1CR系雄小鼠,饲养一周后供实验使用。让动物自由摄食和喝水。TJ-41方用人参4.0、黄芪4.0、苍术4.0、当归3.0、柴胡2.0、陈皮2.0、大枣2.0、甘草1.5、升麻1.5、生姜0.5、热水提取减压浓缩后,喷雾干燥而成。TJ-41和ADR分别溶于蒸馏水和生理盐水中。两者投予量均为0.1ml/mg,ADR由腹腔注射,TJ-41则经口投予。每组动物均为10只。ADR与TJ并用组(下称TI-41并用组)动物腹腔注射ADR0.15mg/kg,每
Male infertility is mostly caused by idiopathic spermatogenesis disorders. Clinical trials of hormone therapy, or given amino acid preparations, vitamin preparations and kallikrein preparations, are not satisfactory in terms of efficacy. The author of this article selected TJ-41 (Buzhong Yiqi Decoction) from the clinically effective Kampo preparation for the treatment of male infertility. The quality of the testis tissue was analyzed and TI-41 was studied for long-term administration of the anti-malignant oncological agent adriamycin. (ADR) Efficacy of testicular spermatogenic dysfunction. Seven-week-old 1CR male mice were used for experiments and used after one week of feeding. Allow animals to eat and drink freely. TJ-41 with ginseng 4.0, Astragalus 4.0, Atractylodes 4.0, Angelica 3.0, Bupleurum 2.0, tangerine peel 2.0, jujube 2.0, licorice 1.5, Cimicifuga 1.5, ginger 0.5, hot water extraction vacuum concentration, spray drying . TJ-41 and ADR were dissolved in distilled water and physiological saline, respectively. Both doses were 0.1 ml/mg, ADR was injected intraperitoneally, and TJ-41 was administered orally.
