探讨容量校正核分裂指数与胃癌预后的关系。方法 (1)计算显微镜视野内每平方毫米胃癌实质核分裂数。 (2 )使用图像分析仪测定癌细胞核面积、周长和形态因子。结果 容量校正核分裂指数与胃癌预后具有密切关系 (p <0 .0 1) .而癌细胞核面积、周长、形态因子与胃癌预后无密切关系。结论 容量校正核分裂指数可作为预测胃癌预后的指标。
To explore the relationship between volume-corrected mitotic index and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods (1) Calculate the number of parenchymal mitoses per square millimeter of gastric cancer in the microscope field. (2) Using an image analyzer to determine the nuclear area, perimeter, and morphological factors of cancer cells. Results The volume-corrected mitotic index was closely related to the prognosis of gastric cancer (p<0.01). However, the nuclear area, perimeter, and morphological factors of cancer cells were not closely related to the prognosis of gastric cancer. Conclusion Volume-corrected mitotic index can be used as an indicator to predict the prognosis of gastric cancer.
