应答是指教师对学生回答的一种呼应,是教师与学生在教学活动时形成的一种互动。教师的有效应答在整个集体教学活动中起到的作用是至关重要的,也是衡量教师教学机智的一把尺子。在幼儿园的日常教学活动中,仅有表面认知互动的课堂是缺少生态和生命力的。一个真实而优质的教学活动,应该还有一些应答隐藏在教学的某个细节之中,隐藏在教师的某个眼神之中,隐藏在学生的某个表情之中。虽然这些应答不是显性的,但却能给课堂带来灵动和生机。那么在幼儿园的教学中有哪些“隐性应答”的方式,我们教师又如何才能感受和应用这些“隐性应答”呢?
Response refers to the teacher’s reply to the students a response, is the teacher and student interaction in the teaching activities. The effective response of teachers in the entire collective teaching activities play a crucial role, but also a measure of teacher teaching a ruler. In day-to-day teaching activities in kindergartens, there is only a lack of ecological and vitality in the class of surface cognitive interaction. A true and good teaching activity, there should be some answers hidden in the teaching of a certain detail, hidden in a teacher’s eyes, hidden in a student’s expression. Although these responses are not explicit, they give the class a sense of agility and vitality. So in kindergarten teaching what “hidden response ” way, how can we teachers feel and use these “hidden response ”?
