钢纤维混凝土是在普通水泥混凝土中,随机掺入乱向分布的短钢纤维所形成的一种新型的复合材料,可提高路面的抗裂、抗折、抗疲劳等各项强度,又可改善路面的使用性能,延长路面的使用寿命。通过工程事例,介绍了利用钢纤维混凝土对立交桥下路面进行翻修,详细分析了钢纤维混凝土配合比的设计过程,并通过试验获得最佳配合比。在施工过程中,总结了一些施工经验。使用效果说明,钢纤维混凝土在道路翻修项目中具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,值得广泛推广。
Steel fiber reinforced concrete is a kind of new type composite material which is randomly mixed with randomly distributed short steel fibers in ordinary cement concrete to improve the strength of the road surface such as crack resistance, bending resistance and fatigue resistance, Pavement performance, prolong the service life of the road. Through the engineering examples, this paper introduced the design of steel fiber concrete overpass under steel fiber reinforced concrete. The design process of steel fiber concrete mix was analyzed in detail and the best mixture ratio was obtained through experiments. In the construction process, summed up some construction experience. The use of results shows that steel fiber reinforced concrete in the road renovation project has significant economic and social benefits, it is worth widely disseminated.
