目的调查健康招飞学员心血管反射功能和自主神经调节能力,为飞行员选拔提供依据。方法对23名男性招飞对象[年龄17~19岁,平均(18.2±1.5)岁],进行了4种无创性心血管反射功能测定与评价(即:平卧位自主呼吸、瓦氏动作、握力试验、直立试验),并对直立位前后的心率、血压、短时心率变异性(HRV)及血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平变化进行了对比分析。结果①直立位前后血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平有明显变化,即直立位血浆肾素和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平明显高于平卧位;②4种心血管反射试验中心率、RR间期标准差(SDRR)、收缩压及平均动脉压等指标均有明显变化,其中以直立试验的影响最显著。结论短期心率、血压的波动变化与心血管反射功能密切相关,心血管反射试验结合短时HRV分析及神经内分泌激素测定能对此作出较客观的分析与评价
Objective To investigate the cardiovascular reflex function and autonomic nerve regulation ability of students who are admitted to health for the purpose of providing basis for pilot selection. Methods Twenty-three male traumatic objects [aged 17-19 years, mean (18.2 ± 1.5) years] were enrolled in this study. Four noninvasive cardiovascular reflexes were measured and evaluated (ie, spontaneous respiration in supine position, Valsalva’s motion, grip strength test and upright test). The changes of heart rate, blood pressure, short-term heart rate variability (HRV) and plasma renin and angiotensin Ⅱ levels were compared before and after upright position. Results ① The levels of plasma renin and angiotensin Ⅱ had significant changes before and after erection, that is, the level of plasma renin and angiotensin Ⅱ in the erected position was significantly higher than that in the supine position. (4) The heart rate of four kinds of cardiovascular reflex test, standard deviation of RR interval SDRR), systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were significantly changed, of which the most significant impact of the upright test. Conclusion The changes of short-term heart rate and blood pressure are closely related to the cardiovascular reflex function. The cardiovascular reflex test combined with short-term HRV analysis and neuroendocrine hormone test can make a more objective analysis and evaluation
