溃疡性结肠炎的病因尚未有满意的解释。病人血清中发现高滴度014大肠杆菌抗体,提示本病的结肠抗体来自对细菌的免疫反应;免疫损害也归因于淋巴细胞,如K淋巴细胞或可能的免疫复合体沉积。但免疫理论并不能适当地解释本病沿结肠分布,也不能明确说明免疫变化是否继发于结肠上皮细胞的代谢缺陷。关于溃疡性结肠炎可能是上皮细胞代谢缺陷引起的观点,仅受到少数人承认。本文目的在于评价溃疡性结肠炎的粘膜代谢功能,特别是探讨粘膜有无代谢异常。材料和方法:结肠细胞取自:(1)对照者7例,(2)静
The etiology of ulcerative colitis has not been satisfactorily explained. A high titer of 014 E. coli antibodies was found in the patient’s serum, suggesting that the colon antibodies to this disease come from an immune response to the bacteria; immune damage is also due to the deposition of lymphocytes such as K-lymphocytes or possibly immune complexes. However, the theory of immunity does not adequately explain the distribution of the disease along the colon, nor does it provide a clear indication of whether the immune changes are secondary to the metabolic defects of the colonic epithelium. About ulcerative colitis may be due to epithelial cell metabolism caused by the point of view, only by a small number of people recognized. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the mucosal metabolic function of ulcerative colitis, in particular, to investigate the presence or absence of metabolic abnormalities in the mucosa. Materials and Methods Colon cells were obtained from (1) control subjects in 7 cases, (2) instillation
