对8个水稻品种的多点、多播期和人工气候箱模拟试验结果表明,影响稻米糊化温度的主要气候因子是环境温度;日辐射的影响主要是通过改变环境温度而间接起作用的;其他气候因子有一定的影响,但不显著,且品种间反应不一致;抽穗后20d内环境温度对稻米糊化温度的影响较大,抽穗前10d和抽穗20d后的影响较小。
The simulation experiments on the multi-point, multi-sowing and artificial climate chambers of eight rice cultivars showed that the main climatic factors affecting the gelatinization temperature of rice were the ambient temperature; the influence of daily radiation was mainly indirectly through changing the ambient temperature; Other climatic factors had some influence, but not significant, and the responses were not consistent among cultivars. Ambient temperature within 20 days after heading significantly affected the gelatinization temperature of rice, with little effect at 10 days before heading and 20 days after heading.
