目的研究广西野生金线莲内生真菌的抗菌活性,旨在获得有良好抗菌活性的菌株,以寻找新型抗菌物质。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌为实验菌株,用琼脂块法和纸片扩散法对分离的真菌进行了抑菌实验。结果从广西野生金线莲植物中共分离到23株内生真菌,其中有6株真菌对至少1种实验菌株有抗菌活性,占总分离菌株的26.0%。结论广西野生金线莲内生真菌中存在着丰富的抗菌天然活性物质,这可为寻找新型抗菌物质提供资源。
Objective To study the antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi of wild Anoectochilus roxburghii in Guangxi and to obtain a strain with good antimicrobial activity in order to find novel antimicrobial substances. Methods Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were used as experimental strains. The isolated fungi were tested for antibacterial activity by agar block method and disk diffusion method. Results Twenty three strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from wild plants in Guangxi. Among them, six strains of fungi had antimicrobial activity against at least one strain of bacteria, accounting for 26.0% of the total isolates. Conclusion There are abundant antimicrobial natural active substances in the endophytic fungi of wild Anoectochilus roxburghii in Guangxi, which may provide resources for finding new antimicrobial substances.
