乙氧基化α—萘酚(简称EN)是乙氧基数(n)不同的混合物,在电镀工业中用为润湿剂及光亮剂。其平均乙氧基数(n)一般以在合成EN时'—α萘酚和环氧乙烷的加入量计算之。由于缩合时环氧乙烷自聚合为聚乙二醇,这种计算方法与实际结果不符。本文介绍薄层硅胶色谱展开法,以苯/丙酮(5∶2)混合溶剂作为展开剂,分离了不同乙氧基数的化合物,并测定了(n)的分布以及平均乙氧基数(n)。实验部分
Ethoxylated α-naphthol (abbreviated EN) is a mixture of ethoxylates (n) of different, in the plating industry as a wetting agent and brightener. The average number of ethoxy groups (n) is generally calculated as the amount of alpha-naphthol and ethylene oxide added during the synthesis of EN. Due to the condensation of ethylene oxide self-polymerization of polyethylene glycol, this calculation does not match with the actual results. This article describes the development of thin-layer silica gel chromatography, benzene / acetone (5: 2) mixed solvent as a developing agent, the separation of different number of ethoxy compounds, and measured the distribution of (n) and the average number of ethoxy (n).
