本文分析了惯性、重力及摩擦等因素对七杆摆式飞剪样机输入扭矩的影响。通过分析可知,对于类似飞剪这一类重型设备的输入扭矩平衡,除惯性力矩外,还应同时考虑摩擦力矩和重力矩。综合平衡可应用作者提出的积分消去法。本文对样机的输入扭矩函数采用积分消去法得到了输入扭矩的波动函数,并且选用综合变速转子法对输入扭矩波动进行了优化平衡。平衡结果,输入扭矩波动值去掉了65%以上,最大绝对值减小了38%以上。
This paper analyzes the influence of inertia, gravity and friction on the input torque of a seven-pole flying shear prototype. Through analysis, we can see that for the input torque balance of heavy equipment such as flying shear, in addition to the moment of inertia, the friction moment and the moment of gravity should also be considered. Integrated balance can be applied by the author’s point elimination method. In this paper, the input torque function is obtained by the integral elimination method for the input torque function of the prototype, and the input torque fluctuation is optimized and balanced by the integrated variable speed rotor method. As a result of the balancing, the input torque fluctuation value is removed by more than 65% and the maximum absolute value is reduced by 38% or more.
