Cold forging and cutting compared to material saving 20 to 80%, reducing the amount of labor 30 to 90%. Mechanized and automated operations increase productivity by 300 to 500% over manual operations. Hydraulic drawing on a CTM press increases productivity by 500%, reduces material consumption by 30% and reduces fixture and tool costs by 50% over the traditional draw method.
