粉尘爆炸事故烧伤患者医院感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析

目的研究粉尘爆炸事故烧伤患者医院感染病原菌分布及耐药性变化,为有效控制烧伤医院感染提供参考。方法通过细菌分离培养和鉴定技术以及药敏试验方法,对某医院住院烧伤患者送检标本病原菌检测结果进行分析。结果从某重大爆炸事故中重度烧伤患者创面分离到感染病原菌1 216株,构成比居前3位的病原菌依次为鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;从日常收治的烧伤患者创面分离感染病原菌676株,构成比居前3位的病原菌依次为鲍曼不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌。结论鲍曼不动杆菌已逐渐成为烧伤患者感染的重要细菌,其耐药性也显示出逐步上升的趋势。大量并及时送检可掌握感染细菌的变化趋势及耐药性,为临床控制感染及合理用药物提供依据。 Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance changes of nosocomial infections in patients with dust burned burn accidents and provide reference for effective control of nosocomial infections in burns. Methods Bacterial isolates, culture and identification techniques and susceptibility testing methods were used to analyze the detection results of pathogenic bacteria in hospitalized burn patients in a hospital. Results A total of 1 216 strains of pathogens were isolated from the wounds of patients with severe burns in one major explosion. The pathogens that constituted the top three were Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus. Burned wounds isolated from infected pathogens 676 strains, constituting the top three pathogenic bacteria followed by Acinetobacter baumannii, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii has gradually become an important bacterial infection in patients with burn, and its resistance also shows a gradual upward trend. A large number of timely inspection and seizure can grasp the trend of infection and drug resistance, provide the basis for clinical control of infection and rational use of drugs.
