埋入式光纤应变传感器是近年来随着智能复合材料的发展而发展起来的一项新技术。将传感器和致动器埋置于复合材料中,就形成了智能复合材料。而光纤传感器具有尺寸小重量轻的特点,当把它们直接埋置于复合材料中时,它们也能在恶劣的环境下工作。它们的这些特点非常适合于制作埋入式传感器,并且能大大提高智能复合材料在航天等方面应用的潜力。本文仅对智能复合材料中的光纤应变传感器进行了探讨,介绍了几种常见的埋人式光纤应变传感器,讨论了它们各自的特点,并对能改进光纤应变传感器性能的光纤拼接的应用进行了分析。
Embedded optical fiber strain sensor in recent years with the development of intelligent composite materials developed a new technology. Embedding the sensor and actuator in the composite creates an intelligent composite. Fiber-optic sensors, however, are small and light-weight and can work in harsh environments when they are buried directly in the composite. These characteristics of them are very suitable for the manufacture of embedded sensors, and can greatly enhance the potential of intelligent composite materials in aerospace applications. This article only discusses the optical fiber strain sensor in the smart composite materials, introduces several common buried fiber optic strain sensors, discusses their own characteristics, and the application of optical fiber splicing that can improve the performance of the optical fiber strain sensor analysis.
