建立某型号局部通风贯流风机的三维几何模型,完成其额定工况下风机内部的非稳态流场数值计算,并进一步完成风机远场气动噪声的频谱计算,对贯流风机内部的非稳态速度场、压力场以及声功率级的分布规律进行了深入分析,研究了贯流风机非稳态内流场及气动离散噪声的基本规律。研究结果可为贯流风机的优化设计提供依据,对风机降噪和整体性能提升具有重要指导意义。
The three-dimensional geometric model of a certain local ventilated cross-flow fan is established, and the numerical calculation of the unsteady flow field inside the fan under rated conditions is completed. The spectrum calculation of far-field aerodynamic noise is completed, State velocity field, pressure field and sound power level are analyzed in depth. The unsteady internal flow field and the basic rules of aerodynamic discrete noise are studied. The research results can provide the basis for the optimal design of the cross-flow fan and have important guiding significance for reducing the noise and overall performance of the fan.
