开展雾化机理的研究对于指导雾化工艺的改进,提高粉末的质量具有重要的意义。本文介绍了用高速摄影对雾化过程进行拍摄和分析的情况。分析了颗粒运动的轨迹,描绘了颗粒不同时刻的外形,划分了雾化过程的不同阶段,并对每一阶段进行了描述。作者对改进现行雾化制粉工艺和消除某些缺陷提出了建议。
To carry out research atomization mechanism for the improvement of atomization process, improve the quality of the powder is of great significance. This article describes the shooting and analysis of the fogging process with high-speed photography. The trajectory of particle movement is analyzed. The appearance of particles at different time points is depicted. The different phases of the atomization process are divided and each phase is described. The authors put forward suggestions to improve the current atomization milling process and eliminate some defects.
