对底门闭锁机构进行原理设计,采用了“大刀式”连杆机构来实现开/关门的动作要求.对连杆机构进行了受力分析.运用动力学分析软件ADAMS建立刚-柔耦合模型对机构进行仿真分析,得出各构件的运动学及动力学规律.对自卸式散粒货物漏斗车的开/关门机构的分析采用了理论分析计算和软件仿真计算两种手段,通过结果对比可以看出理论计算与软件仿真的结果基本一致.
