目的探讨规律性透析(MHD)临床护理路径对血透护士临床综合能力的改善水平及血透患者并发症的发生情况。方法选取2014年在我院行血液透析的100例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组与对照组各50例,每周一、三、五透析患者为观察组,每周二、四、六透析患者为对照组,观察组采用临床路径护理,对照组采用常规护理方法护理,比较两组患者对护士综合能力满意度和患者透析并发症的发生率。结果观察组护士综合能力满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(100%vs 76.0%,P<0.05),观察透析过程中并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(30.0%vs 64.0%,P<0.01)。结论规律性透析临床护理路径可以提高血透护士综合能力满意度并降低患者透析并发症的发生率。 Objective To investigate the improvement of hemodialysis nurses’ clinical comprehensive ability and the occurrence of complications of hemodialysis patients by regular dialysis (MHD) clinical nursing pathway. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital in 2014 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The patients in dialysis group were observed on the 1st, The control group and the observation group were treated with clinical pathology while the control group were treated with routine nursing method. The satisfaction of nurses and the incidence of dialysis complications were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of comprehensive ability of nurses in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (100% vs 76.0%, P <0.05). The incidence of complications during dialysis was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.0% vs 64.0% , P <0.01). Conclusion Regular dialysis clinical nursing pathway can improve satisfaction of comprehensive ability of hemodialysis nurses and reduce the incidence of dialysis complications in patients.
