人才是兴院之本,培养人才是百年大计。我院针对人才断档问题,在80年代后期就把选拔培养医学人才工作提到战略高度来认识。紧扣选才、育才、用才、管才等环节,多层次、全方位、有计划地进行,形成三个梯队,使人才培养工作出现了新局面,推动了全院工作的开展。1 人才的选拔与培养 医学人才的认识和选拔,大体可以从横向、纵向两个方面来考查判断,并应遵循一定的标准和使用程序。在学科带头人
