用阴极电解渗氢法研究了塑性变形对低碳钢中溶氢和逸氢过程的影响.结果表明:氢的溶解扩散系数比逸出扩散系数大,且随着塑性变形量的增大,溶氢时扩散系数增大,逸氢时的扩散系数减小.电解渗氢量大于逸氧量,使钢中存在不能扩散的残余氢,且随变形量的增加,残余红相应增加
The effect of plastic deformation on the process of hydrogen and hydrogen evolution in mild steel was studied by cathodic electrolytic hydrogenation. The results show that the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen is larger than the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen, and with the increase of plastic deformation, the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen increases and the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen decreases. The amount of electrolytic hydrogen permeation is greater than the amount of escaped oxygen, so that there is residual hydrogen which can not be diffused in the steel, and the residual red increases correspondingly with the increase of deformation
