实验将样品经650℃高温灼烧后,以王水(1+1)溶液,王水和Fe3+作用下,在聚四氟乙烯密封罐中,用聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附,以硫脲溶液解脱金后,185Re做内标,直接进行金的电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。该方法的检出限为0.3ng/g,以GBW07242,GBW07805,GBW07423b,GBW07806,GBW07245,GBW07246,GBW07247,GBW07248,8个国家一级标准样品,制作方法的精密度(RSD,n=12)在2.77-9.60%之间和准确度在0.00-0.033之间,满足中华人民共和国地质矿产行业标准(DZ/T 0011-2015)的地球化学普查规范1:50 000和多目标区域地球化学调查规范1:250 000考规范要求。该方法也得到了越来越多的地质检测单位的认可和应用。
