本文从企业组织管理的角度,分析中小企业人才流失的原因。指出企业管理者应善于认识和发现人才,通过培训来开发人才,科学合理地使用人才,千方百计地留住人才,这样才能充分发挥人才在企业发展中的重要作用,为企业创造出更大的效益。
This article analyzes the reasons of brain drain in small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of organization and management. It is pointed out that managers should be good at recognizing and discovering talents, developing talents through training, using talents scientifically and rationally and keeping talents in every possible way so as to give full play to the important role of talents in the development of an enterprise so as to create greater benefits for the enterprise .
