随着喷锚技术在我国铁路隧道工程中的应用和发展,降低喷射混凝土时产生的粉尘及回弹问题已日趋重要。由铁道部科学研究院铁建所隧道室与化工部晨光研究院合作,经过几年的努力,对此课题的研究成果已于1990年底,在成都通过化工部部级鉴定。试验室及现场试验表明,在混凝土中掺入一定数量的A_(10)添加剂可使干喷混凝土时空气中的粉尘量降至5~10mg/
With the application and development of shotcrete anchoring technology in China’s railway tunneling project, it is increasingly important to reduce the dust and rebound problems caused when spraying concrete. After years of hard work, the research work of this project was carried out by the Tiejian Institute Tunnel Office of the Ministry of Railways and the Chenguang Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. At the end of 1990, the research results were appraised by the Ministry of Chemical Industry at the ministry level in Chengdu. Laboratory and field tests showed that the incorporation of a certain amount of A10 additives in concrete can reduce the amount of dust in the air of dry-jet concrete to 5-10 mg /
