幼儿进入小学后普遍存在一定适应困难,这实际上是幼儿社会性适应方面、幼儿的任务意识与完成任务的能力欠缺所造成的。完成任务的意识和能力是社会性发展的范畴,是较为抽象的,它需要一个较长阶段的培养才能完成。为了培养幼儿的任务意识和完成任务的能力,使幼儿感兴趣,积极、持久地参与活动,我们结合幼儿的心理和认知水平把量化的方法趣味化,采用趣味量化教育的形式,把幼儿在每一个活动中的表现进步记录下来,对幼儿进行鼓励肯定,激发其积极性、主动性、坚持性,让幼儿对自己的进步能看得见、摸得着,并有一定的物质奖励,收到了极其明显的效果。我们在每个活动量化的过程中,灵活运用,把每个幼儿的点滴进步体现出来,成为幼儿进步的动力。
