本文提出的链轮新齿形,系用直线刃替代圆弧刃作为链轮滚刀的原始齿廓,从而获得大圆弧渐开线齿形,简化刀具的设计与制造。本文根据齿廓啮合理论推导出直线刃刀具滚切链轮的轮齿齿廓方程式,应用电子计算机计算与绘制出不同齿数不同节距的链轮轮齿图谱。结果表明,新齿形既保证了链传动的啮合要求,又有较好的运动学和动力学性能。本文提供了滚刀原始齿廓基本参数。文章指出,为保证不同传动性能要求的齿廓开度,可通过滚切圆直径予以调整。文中提供不同齿数不同节距的链轮滚切时所需的滚切圆直径线图,可供制造厂使用。最后指出,对于一般工厂的单件小批量生产,可利用飞刀加工。
