在中国经济快速发展过程中,区域经济发展出现严重的不协调发展现象。一方面地区经济总量差距不断扩大,城乡差距、东西部差距明显;另一方面地区间产业结构严重趋同,恶性竞争严重。本文在分析区域经济协调发展的阻碍因素基础上,认为区域经济协调发展的关键是产业结构协调,地区间产业结构协调发展的推动力要源于政府宏观调控。
During the rapid economic development in China, there was a serious uncoordinated development of the regional economy. On the one hand, the gap between the total economic output in the region has been continuously widened, and the gap between urban and rural areas has been widened. On the other hand, the industrial structure has been severely converged and the vicious competition has become serious. Based on the analysis of the obstructive factors of the coordinated development of regional economy, this paper argues that the key to the coordinated development of regional economy is the coordination of industrial structure and the impetus of the coordinated development of inter-regional industrial structure comes from the macro-control of the government.
