随着全球经济发展的脚步越来越快,企业之间的竞争也日趋激烈,如何延长成熟期和保持一个企业持久的生命力,已经成为企业和学术界共同关注的议题。基于此,本研究以社会交换理论为理论背景,通过分析由问卷调查获得的336名员工及其直接主管的配对数据,试图探讨在中国情境下伦理型领导、互动公平和员工创新行为之间的密切关系,进一步检验互动公平的中介作用。结果发现:伦理型领导与员工创新行为之间有显著的正相关;伦理型领导和互动公平具有显著的正相关关系;互动公平与员工创新行为也具有显著的正向关系;互动公平在伦理型领导与员工创新行为之间具有完全中介作用。
As the pace of global economic development is getting faster and faster, the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer and fiercer.
