目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定荷胆胶囊中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的含量。方法:色谱柱:Alltech Alltima C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.03 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(65:30)(用磷酸调节pH至4.4);流速:1 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:210 nm。结果:牛磺熊去氧胆酸在4.1～12.2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为98.0%(RSD=1.46%,n=6)。结论:该含量测定方法快速,准确,有效,可用于荷胆胶囊中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tauroursodeoxycholic acid in Hendao Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Alltech Alltima C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.03 mol·L -1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (65:30) To 4.4); flow rate: 1 ml · min ~ (-1); detection wavelength: 210 nm. Results: The calibration curve of tauroursodeoxycholic acid in the range of 4.1 ~ 12.2μg was good (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.0% (RSD = 1.46%, n = 6). Conclusion: The determination of content is fast, accurate and effective, and can be used for the determination of tauroursodeoxycholic acid in Hendan capsules.
