研究了在银杏愈伤组织培养过程中,5种有机成分对细胞生长率和黄酮醇精苷含量的影响。结果表明:①当培养基中分别添加甘氨酸、盐酸硫胺素(VB1)、盐酸吡哆醇(VB6)和烟酸时,细胞生长率均优于零对照;②甘氨酸浓度与细胞生长率呈正相关;③当烟酸浓度为0.5mg/L时,细胞生长率最大,达348%;④在5种有机物处理中,均能找到适合于黄酮醇糖苷积累的最佳浓度。
The effects of five organic components on the cell growth rate and flavonoid content during the process of callus culture were studied. The results showed that: (1) when the culture medium was added with glycine, thiamine hydrochloride (VB1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (VB6) and nicotinic acid respectively, the cell growth rate was better than that of the zero control; ②the glycine concentration was positively correlated with the cell growth rate ; ③ When nicotinic acid concentration was 0.5mg / L, the cell growth rate was the largest, up to 348%; ④ In the five kinds of organic matter treatment, can find the optimum concentration for flavonol glycoside accumulation.
