一、天津市2001年1～2月经济景气现状分析天津市宏观经济预警系统显示:1～2月份天津市国民经济发展呈现出增长速度整体加快的良好势头,全市经济继续在正常区间内运行,实现了良好开局,为一季度实现高起步打下良好的基础。在预警系统选用的10个指标中,工业总产值、产品销售收入、发电量都保持快速增长,产销衔接稳定。其中,国有工业生产的加快发展是带动全市工业的主要力量,1～2月,我市工业总产值实现386.06亿元,比去年同期增长15.3%,增速比去年同期高出0.3个百分点。原材料及燃料动力购进价格继续稳步上涨,截至到2月末达到102.71。随着财政支出结构的不断优化和社会保障制度的不断完善,财政支出呈现快速增长的态势。截至到2月末,财政支出实现36.07亿元,比去年同期增长13.1%。

The purchasing power of raw materials and fuels continued to rise steadily, reaching 102.71 by the end of February. With the continuous optimization of the structure of the fiscal expenditure and the continuous improvement of the social security system, the financial expenditure shows a rapid growth trend. As of the end of February, the fiscal expenditure reached 3.607 billion yuan, an increase of 13.1% over the same period of last year.
