目的:探讨对终止早期妊娠的孕妇进行超声检查的临床效果。方法:在2013年9月至2016年9月期间收治60例疑似早期妊娠孕妇为此次研究对象,对所有受检者进行超声检查和病理检查,随后将病理检查结果作为诊断标准,分析超声检查特异性、敏感性、诊断正确率。结果:超声检查对早期妊娠的诊断正确率为98.00%,对异常妊娠的诊断正确率为80.00%,对子宫肌瘤的诊断正确率为80.00%。同时超声检查在早期妊娠孕妇中诊断正确率、特异性、敏感性、漏诊率、误诊率分别为98.00%、80.00%、98.00%、2.00%、20.00%。结论:超声检查在早期妊娠孕妇中具有较高的特异性和敏感性,将其用于临床诊断中,可提高临床诊断正确率,降低误诊率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasonography on pregnant women with early pregnancy termination. Methods: Between September 2013 and September 2016, 60 pregnant women with suspected early pregnancy were enrolled in this study. All subjects underwent ultrasonography and pathological examination. The results of pathological examination were used as the diagnostic criteria to analyze ultrasonography Specificity, sensitivity, diagnostic accuracy. Results: The correct rate of ultrasound diagnosis of early pregnancy was 98.00%, the correct rate of abnormal pregnancy diagnosis was 80.00%, the diagnostic accuracy of uterine fibroids was 80.00%. At the same time, the accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of ultrasound examination in early pregnant women were 98.00%, 80.00%, 98.00%, 2.00% and 20.00% respectively. Conclusion: Ultrasonography has high specificity and sensitivity in early pregnant women, which can be used in clinical diagnosis to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
