目的:对涤痰汤灌肠配合无创呼吸机治疗肺性脑病的临床效果进行探讨。方法:随机抽取2011年1月-2013年12月江油市中医医院收治的肺性脑病患者30例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各15例,对照组患者采用无创呼吸机进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上使用涤痰汤灌肠进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比与分析。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.4%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的呼吸频率、心率以及血气变化明显优于对照组,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:涤痰汤灌肠配合无创呼吸机应用于肺性脑病患者的治疗,有效提高其治疗有效率,维持其呼吸功能正常,满足其机体所需的氧气,极大地改善了患者的呼吸频率、心率以及血气,保证患者意识的清醒,最大限度的救治患者。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Ditan decoction combined with noninvasive ventilator on pulmonary encephalopathy. Methods: Thirty patients with pulmonary encephalopathy admitted to Jiangyou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 15 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with noninvasive ventilator. The patients in the control group were treated with Ditan Decoction enema on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.3% and in the control group was 73.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group patients respiratory rate, heart rate and blood gas was significantly better than the control group, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ditan decoction combined with noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of patients with pulmonary encephalopathy, effectively improve the treatment efficiency, maintain its normal respiratory function, to meet the body’s oxygen, which greatly improved the patient’s respiratory rate, heart rate As well as blood gas, to ensure that patients conscious awake, maximize the treatment of patients.
