对保存的山东省25个小豆地方品种资源,分析其籽粒中淀粉、蛋白质和17种氨基酸的含量。结果表明,小豆籽粒中两种含硫氨基酸──胱氨酸和蛋氨酸的含量较低,但品种间的变异幅度较大,两种含硫氨基酸之间以及它们与淀粉含量间呈不显著的正相关,与蛋白质、其它氨基酸均无显著的相关性。通过育种手段提高小豆籽粒中含硫氨基酸比率,选育出含硫氨基酸相对较高的小豆品种是可能的。
The conserved resources of 25 adzuki bean varieties in Shandong province were analyzed for the content of starch, protein and 17 kinds of amino acids in the grain. The results showed that the contents of two sulfur-containing amino acids, cystine and methionine, were lower in the adzuki bean seeds, but the variability was greater among cultivars, with no significant positive correlation between the two amino acids and their starch content Related, and protein, other amino acids no significant correlation. It is possible to breed adzuki bean varieties with relatively high sulfur amino acids by raising the ratio of sulfur amino acids in adzuki beans.
