怎样鉴定花粉生活力和贮藏花粉,是育种工作中经常遇到的一个问题。有性杂交前,必须鉴定花粉的生活力,尤其是贮藏过的花粉,否则,有可能将已丧失生活力的花粉进行授粉,致使杂交工作遭受不应有的损失;同时,由于不了解花粉的生活力,在杂交结果不佳或完全失败时,会增加寻找原因的困难。妥善地保存花粉,是克服种(或品种)间杂交时,因开花期不一致所造成困难的方法之一。这次试验的目的是:研究麻栎花粉发芽所需要的一系列条件及其相互关系;麻栎花粉贮藏的方法。试验在1957年4月开始,至1958年4月,历时一年。
How to identify pollen viability and store pollen is a problem often encountered in breeding work. The trial began in April 1957 and ended in April 1958, which lasted one year.
