一、家长式领导的理论背景近30年来,华人社会,包括中国大陆、香港、中国台湾及东南亚华商在经济上的崛起和飞速发展,越来越多的研究者开始关注华人社会与组织,并且探求适合中国本土文化的领导行为,其中郑伯埙等提出的家长式领导行为影响最大。多位学者对华人企业的组织类型与领导进行研究,指出华人企业领导具有清晰、鲜明的特色,表现出类似父权的作风,不但具有清楚而强大的威权,也有照顾、体谅下属及树立典范

The Theoretical Background of Patriarchal Leadership In recent 30 years, more and more Chinese have started to pay attention to Chinese society and organizations in the economic rise and rapid development of Chinese society, including those from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
