一、基本素质素质又称为素养,指的是人们平日里的修养。图书出版行业因其特殊性和专业性,则需要从业者尤其是编辑具备更高的综合素质。笔者将通过以下几个方面来阐述自己的观点。1.政治素质众所周知,政治素质是最重要的。这是一个老生常谈、却又容易被忽视的话题。编辑的政治素质高低与否会直接影响到图书内容的大是大非,关系到编辑个人荣辱乃至整个出版社的存亡。以往惨痛的教训充分证明,图书一旦出了政治差错,就会造成难以挽回的巨大影
