小学阶段正是学生对外界产生认知、发展个性的最佳时期,那么教学中教师一定要创造宽松的教学环境,为学生的个性发展创造良好条件。就小学数学教学而言,教师在教学过程中要尊重学生的个性发展,“不压迫、不强制”是教师要时刻牢记的六字原则。并且在教学中将学生作为主题体对待,以恰当的教学手段激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生主动积极地参与学习,也只有这样才能帮助教师达到新课标对当前教学的要求。
The primary stage is the best time for students to recognize and develop individuality to the outside world. Teachers in teaching must create a relaxed teaching environment and create favorable conditions for the development of students’ individuality. For primary school mathematics teaching, teachers should respect the individual character development of students in the process of teaching. “No oppression, no compulsion” is the six-character principle that teachers should keep in mind. And treats the student as the main subject in teaching, inspires the student to study the interest with the appropriate teaching method, guides the student to take the initiative to actively participate in the study, also only then can help the teacher achieve the new curriculum standard to the current teaching request.
