销钉是碱性平炉炉顶吊挂结构的部件之一。一般采用碳素圆钢制作,我国镁铝砖炉顶也如此。近年来,为了提高炉顶寿命,推广炉顶绝热的先进经验,碳素圆钢销钉在高温下迅速氧化,使吊挂结构失灵,甚至“抽钎”脱吊。天津钢厂的镁铝砖炉顶,使用到约1300炉次时,销钉已全部氧化掉,成了炉顶吊挂结构的薄弱环节。今年初,该厂曾进行了碳素圆钢销钉渗铝的试验,初步结果证明,渗铝以后,可使销钉抗氧化能力提高5-10倍。

Earlier this year, the plant has conducted a trial of carbon steel bar pin aluminizing, preliminary results show that after aluminizing, pin can increase the antioxidant capacity of 5-10 times.
