Objective To provide statistical basis for further improving the quality of hospital treatment and promoting the construction and development of disciplines. Methods A retrospective statistical method was used to collect and collate data of emergency medical treatment for emergency patients from 2008 to 2010. The seasonal index of seasonal patients was used to calculate the emergency treatment patients for 12 months a year according to the seasonal index. The critically ill patients admitted to the emergency department during 12 sessions received the time distribution index of the department and sorted them. Results The monthly index of emergency patients showed a high level from June to November. The first two hours after working in the morning and afternoon each day were the critical hours for urgent treatment of critically ill patients receiving specialist treatment. The emergency admission was critical The top three of the patients’ disease spectrum were injury and poisoning, acute bronchopneumonia and complications of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperal. The top three causes of death were coronary heart disease, cerebral hemorrhage and malignant tumor; admitted emergency patients admitted to hospital The largest number of departments is pediatric, followed by orthopedics, and once again cardiovascular medicine. Conclusion It is important to improve the patient survival rate and reduce the mortality by adhering to the time rule of the patients and according to the characteristics of the diseases, strengthening the quality concept of the emergency patients and giving full play to the green channel of saving lives.
