本文从梳理教师自主的概念和特点入手,分析制约大学英语教师自主性发展的内部和外部因素。随后指出由内向外的实现教师自主的有效途径:一方面教师要向内激发自身的主观能动性,树立先进的教学观念、优化外语教师知识结构、进行反思教学和行动研究等;另一方面,面对外部制约,要努力寻求替代方法,变外部束缚为创新的机遇。
Starting from the concept and characteristics of teacher autonomy, this article analyzes the internal and external factors that constrain the development of college English teachers’ autonomy. Then it points out the effective way to realize teacher autonomy from inside to outside: on the one hand, teachers should inwardly stimulate their own subjective initiative, establish advanced teaching concepts, optimize the knowledge structure of foreign language teachers, and conduct reflective teaching and action research; on the other hand, External constraints, we must strive to find alternative ways to change the external constraints as an opportunity for innovation.
