针对皮革裁剪机高速稳定化的发展需求,本课题从智能监控的角度,提出了皮革裁断机远程监控策略,并通过PID算法进行分析、反馈及处理,建立MATLAB仿真模型,最终通过远程计算机或智能终端实现了皮革加工过程的自动化,提高了生产效率,保障了生产的顺利进行,对进一步提高高速皮革裁剪机的发展具有很好的工程实用价值。
In view of the demand of high-speed development of leather cutting machine, this project proposed the remote monitoring and control strategy of leather cutting machine from the point of view of intelligent monitoring. The PID algorithm was used for analysis, feedback and processing to establish MATLAB simulation model. Finally, The terminal realizes the automation of the leather processing process, improves the production efficiency and ensures the smooth progress of the production, and has good engineering practical value for further improving the development of the high-speed leather cutting machine.
