《全民科学素质行动计划纲要(2006-2010-2020年)》提出了全民科学素质行动计划在“十一五”期间的主要目标、任务、措施以及2020年的阶段性目标。并且提出,到2020年,我国公民科学素质达到世界主要发达国家21世纪初的水平。
The Outline of the Action Plan for All-People’s Scientific Literacy (2006-2010-2020) sets forth the main objectives, tasks and measures for the national scientific literacy plan of action during the 11th Five-Year Plan period and the phased objectives for 2020. And proposed that by 2020, the scientific quality of our citizens has reached the level of the 21st century in the world’s major developed countries.
