目前我国的很多商圈大约从20世纪90年代中期开始形成。近几年,随着各类城市综合体如雨后春笋般涌出,有业内人士认为,传统商圈吸引力正在下滑。如果5~8年为一个升级换代周期的话,很多商圈正处在这个节点上,现在正是升级换代之时。那么,目前商圈的态势怎样?在新时期,商圈该如何发展?在此背景下,近期由中国城市商业网点建设管理联合会举办的中国城市商圈发展论坛就显得十分有意义。
At present, many commercial circles in our country are formed from the mid-1990s. In recent years, with all kinds of urban complexes springing up, insiders believe that the attractiveness of traditional shopping district is declining. If 5 to 8 years to upgrade the cycle, then, many shopping district is at this node, it is time to upgrade. So, what is the current situation of the district? In the new era, how to develop the district? In this context, the Forum on the Development of China’s City Business District organized by the China City Business Network Building Management Association is very meaningful.
