分析了对冲布置锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的原因,提出了用贴壁风来解决对冲布置锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的办法,并用计算机对300MW机组前后墙旋流燃烧对冲锅炉燃烧过程进行了不同工况下的数值模拟,包括改变一次风速度、二次风内外风量比例、内二次风旋流强度、贴壁风的位置和速度等,通过比较得到了较为可行的贴壁风布置方案
