互联网和自助游在我国已经不是一个陌生的词汇,其两者的结合作为一种旅游方式发展迅速。研究发现,在基于网络平台出游的结伴自助旅游中,存在明显的组织者与参与者角色划分,并且二者在出游动机、消费行为方面存在一定差异。商业利益动机作为组织者组织活动的主要动机之一逐渐被揭示出来,也衍生出一系列问题。本文通过对结伴自助旅游存在的问题进行分析,透视出结伴自助旅游者具有线路选择灵活、食宿以当地特色为主等群体特征,并提出了加强网络监管与旅游立法、完善旅游服务体系等对策。
Internet and self-help travel in our country is not a strange word, the combination of the two as a rapid development of tourism. The study found that there are obvious roles of organizers and participants in the self-help travel based on the network platform, and there are some differences in motivation and consumer behavior between the two. As one of the main motivations of organizers’ activities, commercial interest motivation has been gradually revealed and a series of problems have also emerged. Through the analysis of the problems existing in self-help travel, this paper reveals that the self-help tourists have the characteristics of line selection, boarding and accommodation with local characteristics and other characteristics. It also proposes some countermeasures such as strengthening the network supervision and tourism legislation and improving the tourism service system .
